Biography for Gloria D. Sandiford, B.S., M.A., LREB

Professional Experience:
Gloria Sandiford is Corporate Broker and Vice President at Flateau Realty Corp.  Sandiford began her real estate career in 1999 as a sales agent with Weichert Realtors Corp., New Jersey, where she specialized in the sale of historic properties. Her energetic, creative and personable style allowed her to quickly achieve multi-million-dollar club status and receive numerous “Sales Agent of the Year” awards. 

In 2011, Sandiford joined Flateau Realty Corp., in her hometown of Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn, NY. Since that time, she has become a mover and shaker in her beloved Brooklyn and a highly respected and much sought-after real estate expert providing real estate consulting and sales services, as well as project management services.  Sandiford has helped hundreds of families to achieve their goal of either buying their first property, or other property to downsizing, relocating, selling the family estate and/or commercial property.  Additionally, Sandiford is an advocate for seniors and is very knowledgeable about what living options exist for aging seniors. She is often invited to speak on a variety of community related, real estate homeownership, investing and senior related issues.
